    Some suburbs or room categories do not have enough published guidance. We show that limitation instead of making up a range. You can list a room without using this tool.

    Does the tool set my rent automatically?

    No. You enter your own weekly amount. The next screen lets you review it before filling an empty private-draft field, and it never replaces existing rent.
