Delete your Mates Place account

Can’t access your account?

Email privacy@matesplace.au to start a manual deletion request. Where possible, send it from the email address on the account. Do not send your password or an identity document in the first email. We will ask only for the information needed to verify ownership before acting.

This fallback is reviewed by a person; sending the email does not instantly delete the account. We will confirm what is needed to complete the verified request.
