Mates Place AU is operated by Clarity Space Group Pty Ltd (ABN 45 690 307 094). By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility and Conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mates Place AU. You agree to provide accurate information and act in accordance with Australian tenancy and anti-discrimination laws.
- Only list properties you are authorised to offer.
- Do not post unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content.
- We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law.
Liability
We provide a platform to connect renters and listers but are not a party to rental agreements. To the extent permitted by law, Clarity Space Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.
Dispute Resolution
You agree to attempt to resolve disputes with other users directly and in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
