Hi future roommate, Welcome to our lovely home! Ideally: - Over 25 years old - No pets, already two dogs in the house :( - Respectful, clean and considerate - Love to hang out and be keen for a chat, but also respects personal space. 👥You will be living with: - Bob: 30 years old. Works part-time and studies full-time her master's degree in canceling! She is a chiller, loves a good chat about pretty much anything, watching the AFL, playing cards with friends, and above anything, she loves her two children, Daisy and Sage :) - Darcy (leaving at the beginning of September): Sadly, you will only get to live with her for two weeks before she moves in with her partner. - Dasy and Sage: 2 adorable female dogs (3 and 1 age). Very friendly and lovable dogs. Both are incredibly well-behaved and follow human instructions. 💵Money: Rent - $200 pw Bond - $800 (4 weeks) Bills - internet monthly, gas and electricity every 2 months (less than $20 pw) **Notes A second room will be available on the 3rd of September, so if you are interested, or you want to move in with a friend, include that in your message!
