Hi all!  My current FIFO roommate is moving out next week. Looking for someone to take over from them and be roomies!  A room for rent in a three bed two toilet one bathroom townhouse. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, air conditioning are in the property. There is a cute little yard with some flowers and some sad looking strawberry plants that I am trying to keep alive. There is also parking in the complex! House is furnished but not the room so you will need to bring your own bed/mattress/dresser etc.  The bathroom is currently undergoing renovations and is dye to finish in two weeks. However, it is fully functional and can be used currently :)   $250 a week not including bills, we split the electricity/internet equally between all who live in the place. Three weeks rent on move in for bond. The property also has solar panels so the electricity is cheaper. New fans and lights have been replaced throughout the entire property. The room also has a built in wardrobe! Locations: - 8 min drive from Logan hospital.  - 23 min drive from Brisbane CBD - 42 min drive from the Gold coast.  Many, many local bus stops around with the closest train station being a 20 min walk away! Lots of local parks including a sports centre with biking, football, netball services.  Located near heaps of shops including BIG W, ALDI, Woolworths, BWS Who you’ll be living with! One shift worker 5 days on and 9 off (not in the property for the 9 off) A couple including a shift worker and a painter and decorator from Brazil Would ideally like to be living with another shift worker or FIFO if possible.
