AVAILABLE NOW! We have a great, furnished QS bedroom to let in our home. The room is upstairs and already has a bed (see pics). The room features a built-in wardrobe plus ducted evaporative air-conditioning. All our rooms also have their own pedestal fan plus radiant oil heater. There is currently one other mature female housemate occupying one of the three rooms. A third room is under minor renovations and we expect that that room would also be available a bit later in the year. All housemates upstairs share a common bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has a spa plus radiant heating for the winter months. There is also a common lounge/dining/TV area upstairs plus a balcony accessible to all. The balcony has a cafe table with chairs, including an electric George Foreman grill. The kitchenette with modern built-in oven/microwave and induction cooktops, was installed in 2024. It is available for the convenience of all housemates. Other facilities include a fridge, kettle, rice cooker, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee maker plus basic crockery and cutlery for housemates. There is a housemates' under-cover laundry area downstairs featuring an 8kg washer plus clothes dryer. Our house has a cleaning crew who comes in fortnightly and this cost is included in the rent. Oh, did I mention that we've also got a cleaning robot? Yeah, we got that, too! You'd be pleased to note that our house has a premium quality whole-house walter filtration system. Internet is NOT included in the rent. Our house is a 5-minute walk to the lovely, family-oriented Civic Stirling park, which has great BBQ facilities and is often the venue for community festivals during the warmer months. A further 5-minute walk from the park is the Stirling train station. If you are an avid cyclist or e-scooterist, our house is right alongside the Mitchell Freeway cyclepath. We'd welcome a mature female who's neat, happy, respectful and friendly housemate to apply to come stay with us in our home on a long-term basis. Also note that we're NOT inviting applications from candidates who work from home more than 2 days per week. Please be aware that one non-family reference will be needed.
