There's 2 other tenants in the house (men, 51 and 55) Smoking is allowed on the HUGE bbq deck. 1 shared bathroom and 1 shared toilet, and a cleaner comes every 2 weeks. Rent covers electricity and wifi. It's $320 per week (for a single occupant only) 4 weeks up front (and stay in front) 200m to bus stop and 800m to train station. We eat tomahawks and smoke cigars with pale ales and red on the deck on a relatively regular basis..
